Alongside that, I run BT Services, taking on freelance and consulting projects.
I'm Tamlyn. 15+ years across e-commerce and DTC, email and SMS, paid media, SEO and AI search, content and social, PR, and brand and product. I spent 8 years (2015 to 2023) as Marketing Director and 2IC of Caffeluxe, a fast-growing e-commerce brand, leading a team of 25. I've also worked as a contract publicist for Overnight Publicity, a US PR agency, built websites and email programs for hospitality groups and founders across South Africa, the UK and the US, and run publicity campaigns that landed clients on national TV and in international press.
